Este acuerdo explica cuánto recibes por cada servicio que haces con ShyCuts, cuándo se te paga y cómo pueden cambiar los montos. Complementa los Términos y Condiciones. This agreement explains how much you receive for each service you do with ShyCuts, when you get paid and how the amounts can change. It complements the Terms and Conditions.
1. Qué recibes1. What you receive
El precio de cada servicio lo define ShyCuts y es el mismo para todos los barberos. ShyCuts cobra una comisión del 25% sobre el precio del servicio y tú recibes el 75%. The price of each service is set by ShyCuts and is the same for all barbers. ShyCuts charges a 25% commission on the service price and you receive 75%.
ShyCuts recibe el pago del cliente por tu cuenta, retiene su comisión y te transfiere el resto a tu cuenta de depósito. ShyCuts receives the client's payment on your behalf, retains its commission and transfers the rest to your payout account.
- El cliente paga además un cargo de servicio por cita. Ese cargo es 100% de ShyCuts y no se descuenta de lo que recibes tú. The client also pays a service fee per appointment. That fee belongs 100% to ShyCuts and is not deducted from what you receive.
- La comisión de la pasarela de pago (tarjeta) la absorbe ShyCuts. Tampoco se descuenta de lo que recibes. The payment gateway (card) fee is absorbed by ShyCuts. It is not deducted from what you receive either.

Además del precio, el cliente paga un cargo de servicio de Q8 por cita, que es 100% de ShyCuts. In addition to the price, the client pays a Q8 service fee per appointment, which belongs 100% to ShyCuts.
Antes de aceptar cualquier cita, ves en su desglose exactamente cuánto vas a recibir por ella. Before accepting any appointment, you see in its breakdown exactly how much you will receive for it.
3. Cambios en los montos3. Changes to the amounts
Los montos de este acuerdo no son permanentes. ShyCuts puede cambiarlos. The amounts in this agreement are not permanent. ShyCuts may change them.
- Cada cambio publica una versión nueva de este acuerdo y se te avisa con al menos 30 días de anticipación, por la App y/o por correo electrónico. Each change publishes a new version of this agreement and is notified to you at least 30 days in advance, through the App and/or by email.
- Te pediremos que aceptes la versión nueva. Si después de ese plazo sigues aceptando citas, se entiende que aceptas los montos nuevos. We will ask you to accept the new version. If after that period you keep accepting appointments, you are deemed to accept the new amounts.
- Trabajar con ShyCuts es voluntario. Si no estás de acuerdo con un cambio, puedes dejar de trabajar con ShyCuts cuando quieras, sin ninguna penalización. Working with ShyCuts is voluntary. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop working with ShyCuts whenever you want, without any penalty.
4. Cuándo se cobra4. When the charge happens
- Al agendar, el monto queda reservado en la tarjeta del cliente. Todavía no se le cobra. When the client books, the amount is reserved on their card. They are not charged yet.
- El cobro se cierra cuando llegas y escaneas el código del cliente. The charge is closed when you arrive and scan the client's code.
Si el cliente no se presenta o la cita se cancela, la reserva se libera y no recibes pago por esa cita. If the client does not show up or the appointment is cancelled, the reservation is released and you do not receive payment for that appointment.
5. Cuándo se te paga5. When you get paid
- Los pagos son semanales: cada semana va de lunes a domingo. Payments are weekly: each week runs from Monday to Sunday.
- Lo que ganaste en una semana se deposita el martes siguiente en tu cuenta de depósito. What you earned in a week is deposited the following Tuesday into your payout account.
- Si no tienes una cuenta de depósito registrada, el pago queda pendiente hasta que la registres. If you do not have a payout account registered, the payment stays pending until you register one.
6. Trabajo independiente e impuestos6. Independent work and taxes
Trabajas con ShyCuts como profesional independiente. No existe relación laboral entre tú y ShyCuts: decides tu disponibilidad y qué citas aceptas. You work with ShyCuts as an independent professional. There is no employment relationship between you and ShyCuts: you decide your availability and which appointments you accept.
Eres responsable de tus propias obligaciones fiscales. ShyCuts no te retiene impuestos sobre lo que te transfiere. You are responsible for your own tax obligations. ShyCuts does not withhold taxes from what it transfers to you.
7. Registro7. Record
Aceptas este acuerdo por separado de los Términos, con su propia casilla al enviar tu expediente. Cuando lo aceptas, guardamos la fecha, la hora y la versión del acuerdo que aceptaste. You accept this agreement separately from the Terms, with its own checkbox when you submit your file. When you accept it, we store the date, time and version of the agreement you accepted.
